We finished and furnished this condo as if we were going to live in it. EVERYTHING was upgraded, and nothing was overlooked. Custom-made wood furnishings, a luxurious queen-size bed and bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, upgraded lights, and ceiling fans, a brand-new upscale patio set and lounge chair on the spacious balcony, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a small office, professional murals throughout, top-of-the-line LG washer and dryer, full-sized fridge and oven, double sink, private and relaxing mountain and tree views from the unit, and exquisite views of the ocean from the rooftop.

As realtors and rental managers, we have a wonderful sense of what people want in a long-term rental and this unit has it all.

We are seeking long-term seasonal tenants for a minimum stay of 4 to 6 months.

Monthly Rates:

December through March: 30,000 pesos per month
October, November, April, and May: 25,000 pesos per month

A 50% deposit is required to secure all high-season reservations.

While payment in Mexican pesos is preferred, we are happy to accept Canadian e-Transfers to a Canadian bank account from Canadian tenants.

Additional Charges:

Electricity is billed separately based on actual usage.
A 10,000 peso security/damage deposit is required prior to occupancy. Any electricity charges will be deducted from this deposit, with the remaining balance refunded after checkout, provided there is no damage.

The unit is available for single occupants or couples only, with a maximum occupancy of two people.

NOTE: We will be listing our condo for sale next year. For anyone who rents our condo and is interested in purchasing it, we will gladly apply the rental costs toward the purchase price.
